Donna C. Blackley, age 71, of St. Marys, Ohio and formerly of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Centerton, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Sunday June 7,2026 at the Otterbein Retirement Living Community in St. Marys. She was born on March 7, 1955 to the late Robert Chalmers and Iris June (Sheaff) Blackley in Bristol, Virginia.

She is survived by her daughter Ashley (Danny) Prejoles of Centerton, Arkansas.

Donna graduated Bristol High School and received Bachlor's Degree in Dance from the Radford University in Virginia and an Accounting Degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

She retired from the City of Virginia Beach having served the community as a Real Estate Appraiser.
