Dolores E. Rolfes, age 100 of Celina, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at the Vancrest Nursing Home in St. Marys. She was born the daughter of the late Henry and Frances (Oliger) Bohman on June 11, 1926 in Celina, Ohio. On July 24, 1948 she married Lavern H. Rolfes, who died September 1, 2010. She is survived by her three sons; Dennis (Becky) Rolfes, Dave (Jean) Rolfes, Ed (Laura) Rolfes all of Celina, seven grandsons: Toby (Jessica), Casey, Matthew (Sarah), Alex (Gina), Adam (Ashley), Tyler (Sarah), Cory (Jessica) and seventeen great grandchildren. Dolores is also survived by sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Stienke and Patricia Hay.

In addition to her parents and husband Dolores was preceded in death by her great grandson Connor Rolfes, two brothers Lester (Doris "Dory") Bohman and Lowell (Delores "Dee") Bohman, brothers-in-law Eugene (Virginia) Rolfes, Victor Steinke, and Donald Hay.

Dolores formerly worked at Buckeye Apparel, cleaned homes for many families and provided laundry services. One of her greatest joys was being a homemaker and caring for her family. She took great pride in her home, loved decorating and keeping it immaculate. Her devotion to her family and her home was an important part of who she was.

She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina and the Altar Rosary Sodality at the Church. She was also a proud member of TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) in Celina.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Robert Muhlenkamp officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 8:00a.m. -10:00 a.m. on Thursday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
